Why is PLA average $37.47/kg when I can find it for $15?
The average includes all brands at all price points. Some premium and specialty PLA products push the average higher. You can find budget brands like Jayo ($15.12/kg) and Overture ($16.15/kg) well below the overall average — our Best Value PLA deal page highlights these.
Which material is the best value right now?
PETG at $23.27/kg offers the best combination of durability and affordability. For standard printing, PLA from budget brands at $12-16/kg is hard to beat.
